As most issues that can occur are covered in the knowledge base or installation videos, in the interest of providing rapid assistance on any issues that are not covered your inquiry may initially be referred back to this resource for your answer.
If you have checked the knowledge base and are still unable to rectify the problem please submit a ticket describing the issue you are having and providing your Name, Email and Skype contact. We will use our best endeavorers to help you solve the issue as soon as possible.
